Unity Day 2026 header image

Wear and share orange on October 21, 2026 to make kindness, acceptance, and inclusion visible across our district!

Unity Day is part of our Student Support Services PATH Operating Framework in which we are:

  • PRESENT: Safe, welcoming school environments give students a reason to show up as their full selves every day.

  • AFFIRMED: Wearing orange sends a clear message: every student is seen, valued, and respected for who they are.

  • THRIVING: When we eliminate bullying and fear, students have the emotional space to grow, learn, and excel.

  • HEADED FORWARD: Building inclusive habits today equips our students with the empathy and leadership to move forward.

Don't have an orange shirt? No problem! Here are some inclusivity options:

  • Wear an orange ribbon, pin, wristband, or sticker.

  • Get creative: Draw an orange heart on a name tag, wear an orange hair accessory, or carry an orange folder/notebook.

We want you to know that belonging is about behavior. You can participate simply by performing an intentional act of kindness or inclusion!

Unity Day directly supports our commitment to a culture of belonging and helps fulfill our mission to support all learners, ensuring we achieve our vision of graduating students ready to transform our world. Learn more here.
